An Amoosing Way to Boost

Greetings Nephalem,

There are many ways to help your friends level in Sanctuary. You can run the story mode, do some rifts, even just hit up some bounties. My personal favourite way however is definitely Not the Cow Level. And by definitely Not the Cow Level I mean it definitely is the Cow Level! (The one that's Not the Cow Level)

To not get to the Cow Level, I mean, to get to the Not the Cow Level you are going to need a Bovine Bardiche. There's no trick to farming these, they can drop from any mob in sanctuary as long as you are level 31 or higher. Since you are planning on boosting a lucky friend or 3 I think its safe to assume the latter. Unless of course you are a boostee looking for a quick way for your high level buddy to prove his friendship too you!

The Bovine Bardiche is a two-handed pole-arm so some classes will see them far more often than others. Monks, Barbarians and Crusaders see them quite often from my own experience. Once you have acquired this item you simply need to stick it into Kanai's cube, hit transmute and your portal to Now the Cow Level should be open. The level of the Bovine Bardiche you transmute does not effect the Not the Cow Level in any way.

Now just jump in, slay cows, click shrines (Nemesis Bracers are great here) and don't forget to do the quest where you get 4 radiant chests for causing what can only be described as the total extinction of cow kind. The waves of cows give a bunch of exp as does the quest hand in itself. If your boostee friend has some experience gear crafted you should wait until he is high enough level to equip said gear before starting this quest.

Oh and remember: DON'T OPEN THE CHESTS. This is what makes this, in my opinion, the funnest method to get boosted. Leave those chests sitting there (I know its hard) until your friend reaches level 70. You will probably have to run one rift in addition to Not the Cow Level for your buddy to max out. How much you have to do will vary based on how much experience gear your buddy has equipped.

Now that your friend is 70 the two of you can return to Not the Cow Level, which is now named appropriately as Cows should be nowhere to be seen. Run around opening chests (or make your friend do it, they owe you!). Your buddy should now be fully levelled and fully equipped to begin his end game journey through Sanctuary, and if you are lucky the chests will have rewarded you too!

Oh Hi!

Hello there oh wonderful Internetz whom without I would probably be lost!

Some of you may ask where have I been, whereas the rest of you probably wouldn't! Well I've been here the whole time, and by here I mean the spot on which I'm sitting right now.

With the coming of summer I decided it was time to feed my slight video game addiction and have been hiding from reality for the last few months while exploring the virtual realms of the online gaming worlds! I had quit games and panic uninstalled everything around last September/October so I had an awful lot of catching up to do!

Now with college approaching ever closer it's time to reel things in a bit and try spend some of my time doing other things! One of which shall possibly maybe be this blog, something which I constantly stop doing but its stupidly hard to keep the thing going ^_^

College commences in a lil over 3 weeks and I'm looking foward to nabbing myself a good studio space and getting down to my old 12 hour schedule work day ^_^ I am however planning to have one or two evenings a week where I go home an hour or two early so I don't have as many wasted evenings where I am burnt out and uninterested in what I'm doing. We shall see how things play out though!

This year is the big feared thesis year which I plan to approach from the most laid back, relaxed perspective ever. I tend to crash and burn if I worry about things in the slightest so I find its best to have a super chilled attitude when it comes to written work!

I intended to write some random funny thoughts in this post but ended up chatting about boring stuff but I suppose that's a good way to get back into things!

I need to start drawing and painting again before I go back to college and have a lot of canvases to make up and boards I should probably cut to size, would be cool to have alot of surfaces just to get going on and see what kind of ideas I can get going.

Oh also I need to fix some stuff to upload on my DeviantArt. I'm not particularly proud of anything I've uploaded on it but I think its good that I can look at what I've uploaded and think that I can do better now.

It's time for the video game world to take a back-seat again and to get back on the road to trying to improve my drawing and painting. I also need to get on the road to cleaning my room but that can take a back-seat too =D

College Drawings

Just some drawings from the last week or two of college! Not much to type as I'm working on a rather well researched blog post for my community based practice blog on a distant hidden part of the internet but I hope to think of something fun and random to write about here tomorrow! ^_^

A Small Redesign

I have been thinking and I think it's time human beings had a bit of an overhaul as I find our current design is rather unpractical. Now I'm not quite sure what way we should be redesigned but I shall begin by listing out some of our design flaws and perhaps the solutions shall then follow!

Firstly I find it to be a rather large inconvenience that we require sleep in order to function. I'm not sure where our batteries are but I'm pretty sure a standard USB charger would be a far more reasonable way for us to recharge ourselves.

I can only speak for myself but with the exception of car journeys I am pretty much near a power source all day, 7 days a week. Whereas I am only ever near a bed for a few hours at night, with the exception of weekends which I spend sitting on my bed in my room (to make up for not being near one for the rest of the week!). Clearly from this small example the ability to recharge via electricity is far superior to the ability to recharge via sleep.

It is also possible to work and perform tasks while plugged in to the electricity. I have ran various tests with a charger attached to my shoe to prove this theory. Compare this to sleep and yet again we can see who is the clear winner. On many occasions I have drifted off to sleep while doing work only to wake up later and discover the work is, to my surprise, still unfinished! Now I don't know about you, but this has inconvenienced me on many an occasion.

Now I'll admit this solution isn't foolproof. In the event of prolonged power shortages humanity would run out of charge and death would occur and it is generally best to avoid such an occurrence. That's why I propose we take this new method and combine it with the old one, sleep become a secondary backup charging method!

That's actually all I can think of for now, my need for sleep is kicking in and I shall have to go get ready to recharge myself. If we ran on electricity I could keep typing this blog, the benefits just keep on piling up!!  When I wake up I shall be sending a copy of my CV to God to see if I can get a job in human engineering!

No cookies for reading this post but there is a few leftover horse-burgers I can give out to anyone who manges to read this! ^_^

Back to the Drawing Board....

.... and that title is to be taken quite literally!

Regular sketching from now on with little uploads at least once a week! Or that's the plan and life usually get's too busy to stick to said plans but there's no harm in giving it another go!

I'm quite happy with how I've progressed since the start of summer in regards to my drawing and painting! I still have an awful lot to learn and do and have decided that one way or another I need to keep up sketching despite how busy I get with college, and I must say it does get quite busy sometimes!

I'm also quite keen to get my head around digital painting and painting with colours  I haven't quite got the eye for working with a varied pallet yet and it's something I need to work on! My drawing tablet has also drove me several different types of crazy over the holidays! I have a serious lack of control with it but am certain it's down to the settings I'm using, I had it sorted at the end of summer but for the life of me I can't remember what they were xD

Anyway just a small post to get things going again (hopefully!) and let's hope it lasts! ^_^

Clean-Up In Progress!

Currently in the progress of cleaning up this blog a bit! Been tagging stuff on and off all day and shall work on a bit of a revamp of the visual look of the blog and tweak the tabs a bit! Hoping to have it cleaned up for next weekend and then decide what it is I want to do with this blog as I would like to make it less random and give it some purpose!

MBP - 1.0: Results!

SO without further a-due (still pretending its a big deal!) i present to you the results of the first annual MBP!! For this I was testing out my new Drawing Inks!

So there's my little sketches of a Robotic Killer Pineapple! Can also be seen on my DeviantArt (link at top of page ^_^)!

The colours are alot better in person though the sketch is only quick and fun anyway so I'm not too worried about what it looks like ^_^ I had alot of fun mixing my inks together and am looking forward to doing something a bit more advanced in the future =D 

There is also a full right up on the history of Robotic Killer Pineapples to come in a future blog post so keep you eyes peeled for that! Seriously, you should always be on a careful watch out for ANYTHING that involves robotic killer pineapples! Its like the health and safety 101 they never teach you!

Mini Blogging Project! - 1.0

Hello there!

Yet another triumphant return to blogging! Although I have been checking my blog daily, I have just been preoccupied elsewhere! Else where mostly referring to the tab open beside this which contains a variety of things ranging from Facebook to Deviantart but that's another story! Or perhaps its the same story and I just don't feel like telling it, one can't be sure these days!!

I have a variety of little updates to do with this but they shall be done at a later date! For now I am introducing my own personal "Mini Blogging Project"! The purpose of this mini project is to both keep me busy and give me somewhere to post the results of said busyness regardless of how good/bad they may be!

Everyday starting with weekends (perhaps including weekdays depending how successful this is!) I shall post a little list of things to do! Then later that day I shall post up images of what the aforementioned list led to!

SO to kick things off with something small with a rather small time frame as it is currently 8 o clock in the evening and I don't want to stay up all  night!

1. Drawing Inks!:  I purchased a nice set of drawing inks off the Mystical Travelling Art Store that was in college on Monday! This art store is something similar to Howl's Moving Castle but with less castles! And flying bird creatures, though to be fair I never did look up so I can't confirm that!

I got the 3 primary colours and some plain old black ink to play with! I have never used ink before so I have no idea what is going to happen! So stay tuned for the results the first Mini Blogging Project in a couple of hours!

Oh and to be clear, when I say 'stay tuned' I actually mean pop back in a few hours as opposed to spam refresh till something changes ^_^ Though if that's what you would rather do don't let me stop you =D

 So I've hit a bump! But a very good bump! And shall be uploading my progress tomorrow instead! I have gotten quite into the drawing I'm doing and am also feeling very relaxed(relaxed being something that has been rare of late!), so I shall finish my drawing in bed before going for a very nice sleep ^_^ Nighty night bloggers!

A Lil Bit Of Progress!

At the beginning of this summer I basically had the inability to draw anything from my head proper but decided to work on it, hence the figure sketches I posted in an earlier blog! I have no pictures to upload as I am quite comfy where I'm sitting at the moment and plugging my phone into my PC to upload pics would involve moving. After a unanimous 'no' vote from every part of my body it was decided I would stay put while I write this post!

I can currently draw almost any body pose I can think of of both the male and female forms and have made alot of progress on hands after combining several other peoples methods into a way which works best for me! I am quite pleased with myself and hope to get the last piece of the puzzle down this week: faces!

Once I get faces down I should in theory be able to draw most rough figures and expressions I can imagine and from there it should be a case of refining details. While this might not seem a huge deal for most people, and I might not be very good compared to most I have progress alot from where I was at the start of the holidays so I am quite happy with my progress currently!

I have alot more I want to write about other plans and stuff in relation to digital art but I have the attention span of a goldfish lately so I am going to do something else. (I've literally been bouncing between different things constantly and have trouble concentrating, I blame holidays going on too long!) I may post a second post tonight with pictures and other things but I shall leave this post as it is for now! ^_^ (wow i said 'post' alot in that last sentence!!)

Summer Rantings!

So in between drawing and playing games I've been pretty bored lately! And when I get bored or go for a long period of time without communicating with another human being I tend rant! So I have decided to do a quick post on one of my most recent rants for you the viewers of my blog! Granted the viewers of my blog are mostly some weird Russian bot thing but that's another story entirely!

So basically in WoW certain groups of Swe's and Dane's get fascinated when they encounter an Irish person! Probably because they are sick of talking to other Swe's and Dane's the whooooooooole time so I don't really blame them! If that came across racist then you are reading into it too much!! ^_^

So this is the third paragraph in a row I've started with 'so' and I usually try and avoid repetition but its nearly 8 in the morning and I havn't slept yet, (doing an all nighter to try fix my sleeping, been going to bed at 6 or 7 in the morning for the last ages!). This paragraph is a PRIME example of a rant, not the most fantastic of rants but it is a rant none-the-less! This paragraph has gone so off topic that I am going to create a new paragraph to discuss the topic that this paragraph was initially meant to be about!

So (4th!!) they (one in particular, a Swe!) always wanted to hear me say via Ventrillo, "I'll crush you like a worm"! Even though the accent they used to say it was Scottish and not Irish but then Danes and Swes sound the same to me too so I let that slip! Anyway, long story short, after maybe three years of this the Swe who kept asking me to say it eventually heard me say it!

That's basically a bit of required back story needed to understand the upcoming rant! I shall post some  a screenie with the chat log of said rant then retype it in the blog as I made lots of spelling mistakes as I was typing and sending the messages very fast!! It is probably also difficult to follow the conversation in the screenshot for anyone unfamiliar with using Warcraft chat :)

Thats just one of numerous rants that I've had this week that I'm quite proud of! The most recent one being above! Also had a rant at Cleverbot yesterday that which involved a Pikachu and ended in a cup of tea and a light sabre battle, and was involved in a collaborative rant about why you shouldn't piss off a grapefruit, both of which were quite fun! ^_^

Fan Art in Progress!

I've gone a bit slack at updating this lately as I've either been doodling or doing musical! It's  a little after 3 in the morning now and I've just arrived home from the musical which I left for sometime after 6 this evening! That should give a bit of an idea of the time it takes up when its on =D Last night of it tomorrow though so I hope to keep this more up to date for the rest of the summer! ^_^

I am currently working on some fan art in an attempt to get better at drawing and painting and such! It will be a World of Warcraft themed fan art and it will be base on one of my very own characters in the game! My Forsaken undead mage!

This is what said forsaken mage looks like in game :)

I want to try and theme the picture around the class itself and the history of the forsaken. So what is there to know about both of those things?

A mage is a spellcaster and master of 3 schools of magic. Arcane, Frost and Fire! In game you choose to specialize in one of these 3 schools but you have access to the spells from the others aswell. A mage deals high amounts of damage while controlling its enemies from a distance! It even has spells to turn its enemies into sheep/rabbits/penguins for a short period of time!

I'd like to get a sense of the elements it controls in my picture, however what I'd most like to get across is a sense of the Forsaken's history as a people!

A Brief Lore Lesson!

In their former lives, before the grasps of undeath, the Forsaken were the living breathing residents of the human kingdom of Lordaeron. This was until they were betrayed by a prince of their kingdom which resulted in their deaths. They were then risen into undeath and bound to serve the will of the very ones responsible for slaying them. This was to be their eternal destiny were it not for another being who shared a similar fate to them.

Lady Sylvanas, the Banshee Queen, once a high elf in life, was also bound to serve the same master's as the Forsaken. In a moment of weakness, Sylvanas was able to break free of his will and managed to free the forsaken also. Doing this returned many memories the Forsaken had about their past lives and granted them their free will. This however would not be the end of their torment.

Their bodies were now rotten and decayed. Bones often protruded from their abdomens and some of them were even missing limbs (which some would replace with the limbs off corpses). Humans saw them as nothing more then the mindless undead they once were during their slavery, it mattered not that they retained their memories or free will or that they had died in defence of their human kingdom. They were shunned by a race they died protecting, cast out by loved ones, forsaken by society.

The Forsaken pledged themselves to their saviour, Lady Sylvanas. With her, they worked to create an existence free from the living who would have them destroyed.

I love how tragic their history is and how misunderstood the origins of the race are. At first glance they seem like mindless undead but there is much more to them then that.

And lastly to end this post I have two quick photoshops I did with a model editor and some screen shots in game to try get some ideas from. This is literally just cutting and pasting images together and adding effects as a quick way of trying to get some concepts! All credits for the below (and above) images goes to the Blizzard artist's who work on World of Warcraft!

Character Development

I've gotten big into Marvel lately, though I imagine with the Avengers and whatnot I'm probably not the only one! Was sick most of the week so I watched nearly every film with a Marvel tag on it and have even started reading some of their online comics and admiring the artwork. Some of them are really amazing!

I always wanted to bring my own ideas and characters I have made up to some sort of life for my own amusement so I have decided to do so with the spare time the summer has given me! Below are a series of figure sketches I have done to try and get good at drawing a human figure in a variety of poses!

My first attempt at sketching figures, keeping the poses fairly simple.

A later attempt at figure sketching, making the poses a little more diverse and playing a little with perspective. I also made the shape of the figure less bulky as I wanted it to look more athletic and agile.

I also redrew a pose I liked in particular and and doodled with it. Added a bit of a cape just to practice drawing material draped off a figure and add some effects. The character I have in mind has contorl over the air so thats the direction i was going when I was doodling! ^_^

Added some effects and a cape. The design of my character will not have a cape but he may wear a cloak (similar to the ones in Lord of the Rings) from time to time. I also tried to ass effects to seem like hes controlling the air or at teh very least has power of some sort coming from him xD

I am hoping to get good enough to create any pose I can think of and then work on building proper details and costumes etc. when I am happy with my progress on the figures poses and dimensions. I have plenty of stories and such in my head already so I'm just trying to develop my drawing to a point where I'm happy I can illustrate them proper ^_^

Just Bob!

So I have recently discovered you can make additional pages other then the main home one! Considering I've been following and reading blogs on this that also have multiple pages it is probably something I should have discovered ages ago but whatever ^_^

I have decided to add a gallery page which will be comprised purely of sketches that appear in my blog, along with the link to each sketches corresponding biog post!

Below is a sketch I started last night as a bit of an exercise  purely for the sake of getting used to drawing faces again. Its been over a year since I have tried to accurately draw someones features and I haven't done so before with a mechanical pencil.

For the exercise I asked Robert (he lets me call him Bob as we are close) to do a quick pose for me. As he had his Iron Man facial hair on as hes currently filming Iron Man 3 I thought it appropriate to also do a sketch of the Iron Man mask alongside him.

Bob isn't smiling as he was a little upset that he could only visit for one night due to my hectic schedule. He even offered to put filming Iron Man 3 on hold but I couldn't free any time slots =(

Also this is not fan art. I am not a fan, Bob just happens to be a very close friend of mine....

Unfinished Drawing and Giant Cookies!

I was working on a drawing so I'd have something to upload onto this that was mine! I was going to wait till it was finished to upload it but I've got asked to do stuff today which will take up any drawing time I do so i probably wont get it done for a few weeks so I shall upload what I have done so far! ^_^

Thats my progress so far! Not sure what else will be put in it as I'm making it up as I go along but it is quite fun ^_^

Theres a flying city (probably put into my head from Final Fantasy!) in the top left, and a grounded city with hellfire(or something more lethal then rain) raining down on it.

I'm not 100% happy with the quality of the picture so I will probably try again in the daylight. This yellow light in my room was not made for taking pictures in!

In a few weeks I hope to have lots of concept sketches, and a rather large painting (will be about 8 feet wide)! I shall also have lots of little random stories from my painting ventures in the hall also! Not much happens in the house so its hard to think of things to post sometimes =D

Also I have become aware that there has not been a cookie offer in any of my recent posts! So just this once a GIANT COOKIE will be given to one person! So the 1 millionth person to read this post will get said cookie... unless I get hungry in the meantime.... or bored.... or both! ^_^

An Unexpected Guest!

Time for a quick update ^_^

Alot harder keeping this up to date then I had thought, even when I'm on and off a pc all day and on one for most of the night! I have however been trying to keep myself mostly occupied =D

I cut the grass the other day! Usually a boring tedious task with little to no news or adventures however while I was cutting said grass a visitor arrived! Sure he was a bit smelly and walked around like he owned the place but he was an awesome visitor none-the less!

Before we get into the details of the visitor I would like to mention that at this point I stopped writting to try kill what i thought was a bug on my screen. It turned out it was merely the down arrow on the post editor. If any official blogger person happens to pass by I'd like to request this arrow be made less bug-like to save others from the same humiliating faith as I.

Anyway as I was saying, we had a totally awesome smelly visitor the other day! Introducing....

Percy the Pug!!

Percy the Pug! Or he looks like a Percy anyway, or maybe a Patrick I'm not quite sure. That said I do believe he was actually a she but thats irrelevant, she's a Percy now!

Not the most interesting thing ever but I've never actually seen a pug before (not including television!) so I found it quite cool! Totally made my day anyway ^_^

The Adventures of a Mechanical Pencil

I have recently learned that mechanical pencil's dislike going for adventures! This applies particularly to adventures through washing machines! Personally I have never been on such an adventure so can't imagine what my pencil must have went through but when it made its return it just wasn't itself anymore! It wouldn't eat, it wouldn't sleep (not that it ever did any of them in the first place!) and most importantly, it just wouldn't work!

This is a washing machine. This image should give you a better idea of the types of terrain my pencil was dealing with on it's adventure.

In my attempts to bring it back to life I decided to operate. Opening it up and replacing what was left of its old lead, damaged from its adventure, with some shiny new ones! Or as shiny as it gets when it comes to leads at least....

Unfortunately, despite what I had thought was a rather successful operation, it still wasn't working properly. So I decided to go to my last resort.... mindlessly shaking it until it does! Now this was all well and good however I had forgot one tiny detail, I had a full box of leads in my hand too... and the box was open..... and I was beside an open window.... and the window was upstairs. Needless to say I'm the proud owner of an empty box of leads now, but on the plus side I got my pencil working again!

Blogging Attempt 2.0

I'd like to fix a nice blog template. Or Perhaps even get my head round the html code here and make my own! Was browsing through template sites last night but fell asleep before I could find one I liked. Need to stop falling asleep in while on the pc, thats the second night in a row now! Already broke the microphone on my headset because of it xD That said it was a surprisingly awesome sleep!

I've also become quite aware of what a kip my room is at the moment. I am surrounded by circuit boards and the plastic shells of old computer monitors from a recent art project. I also had to clear out my college space so have a years worth of art materials lying about too. The mess even extends to the hall outside the door and it will be interesting to see how long I can get away with leaving stuff out there for! Best part about all this is theres more stuff to come home on Monday, including a small swimming pool and 12 concrete blocks!!

Tonight I shall be heading down to the hall to see if theres anything I can do for the musical yet. There should be some backstage stuff to do so that should give me something to do for a few hours 2 or 3 times a week. This should also keep the summer moving somewhat till then end of June which is also a good thing!

I like helping with the musical. This is the third year they have had a summer musical in Rathnure and I have been involved in all of them in some way. I help out with backstage in the musical and am usually asked to make stuff for the launch nights. Hopefully I'll get asked to do something again this year, and hopefully I get more than two days notice aswel!!

Stuff I made for the launch night of  Torn Dreams two years ago! Actually can't believe it was that long ago, I hadn't even begun my course in Wexford at that stage!

I'm also rather fond of Pantomime, and its the reason I went to college so close to home. That and I don't think I was quite ready to live elsewhere. I wouldn't mind moving into Wexford next year though however to do so I'd have to sacrifice being involved in Panto for a year.

It is somewhat trivial next year though, as I believe the third year exhibition is traditionally in the first half of the academic year which would also clash with Panto. After my experiences with my project this year I'm not quite sure it would be possible to be involved in Pantomime and successfully pull of an exhibition piece at the same time. The Panto is beginning to have alot of unpracticalities the more I think about it however I do enjoy being involved an awful lot too.

Ranting aside I should probably go get ready to go down to the hall for the musical! Hopefully there isn't too many little shits involved in it this year =D

A Brief Introduction... Of Sorts

So how to start really? Guess I could start by introducing myself, though it feels like I am talking to me and not  to you, whoever you may be. Theres a very high chance that you may be me, which is entirely dependent on whether its you or me who's reading this currently. Of course you'll know whether its me or not because your not me, unless I'm the one reading it in which case you are.

Well there's a bit of a random tangent, I go on a lot of those. But in case you got lost (you being you and not me, unless you're me that is), what I'm trying to say is that it feels like I'm talking to myself, while talking like I'm talking to another person which feels quite odd really. Something nice about reading over your own thoughts though I must say and I haven't even decided how I'm going to start this yet!

Perhaps I'll decide how to start it in this paragraph but we'll see what happens! Logically the decision should have been made in the first paragraph but thats far too predictable really. In fact with that train of thought in mind deciding how to start it in the first post is all the more predictable so maybe I won't start it here at all! Though I would like to start something as I'm quite bored currently and starting would make it easier to keep typing. Though one might question the need for a start three paragraphs in, none of which make much sense.

If anyone has managed to read this far then you have less to do then i do and this paragraph should mark a very sad moment in your life. Well that sentence sounded quite emo typed out, but I swear it wasn't like that in my head! =D This is surprisingly fun actually, if only typing essays were this relaxing!

Seems like I wasn't anywhere at all really, guess its a good time to get back to that introduction i mentioned somewhere, though if you want to know me at all at this stage I'm somewhat surprised ^_^
So hi, I'm Thomas! My friends call me various variations of that though, but mostly Tom! I could nearly start introducing myself as Tom really but its quite a hard habit to break!... Wow I cant even say what my name is without going on a tangent of sorts, this is gonna be a looooooong night...

As I was saying, I'm Tom (i did it!) and I'm 21 years old and live in Ireland! Though I occasionally take up residence in cyberspace dependent on what Ireland has to offer. I can see me residing in cyberspace an awful lot soon though as college is soon done for the summer. I would have welcomed this last year but it seems I've gotten quite attached to everyone this year and I'm even quite enthusiastic about my work of late! Despite what is starting to feel like constant attempts by lecturer's to put me off but that's an entirely different rant altogether! Besides that its not restricted to me so i shouldn't really take it personal anyway, or at least not all of it =D

Lets see seems I'm after going on another tangent, what have we got so far. Tom, 21, Ireland, goes to college, emmm....... aha! I never mentioned what I study! I'm currently in my second year of an Art degree :) Or rather I'm at the end of my second year, which I think I mentioned already but I'm not overly sure! My trains of thought can be quite hard to follow sometimes, or maybe its trails of though? I'm actually not sure now that I see it in writing! Anyway back to the topic of this particular paragraph! Though its after getting so long now perhaps I should stick it in a new one.... Yes thats a good idea Thomas lets do that! Though a better idea would be to stop ranting and going off topic, not that there ever were set topics to begin with!

As far as I can reliably tell I have one day left of college then I'm 100% done for the summer. Have an exhibition piece to take apart on Monday! Which reminds me I need to sort a hose to siphon the water out of my pool otherwise I'll be stuck emptying it with buckets!! But yeah, once thats taken apart and I've cleared out the last of my stuff I shall be done with my second year of my course, and onto what will be my final year of college for the foreseeable future. On the bright side of things there is some dinner and a night out to look forward to on Thursday which should be quite a bit of fun :)

Was only out the other evening actually for Ms Fishbowl's 21st. That was less than a week ago actually  although it feels like it was ages away now. I think thats in part due to the amount of alcohol ingested whilst suffering from a severe lack of sleep, and in part due to how dragged out today has felt! I'm actually surprised I can remember the night considering what alcohol was consumed including two shots! I can even remember what was an abnormally long walk home. I didn't even know it was possible to walk for that long while staying in Wexford without going around in a full circle! Though I'm sure the zig zags we were walking in failed to help! ^_^

Well this introduction has turned into an essay, but in my defense I haven't talked much all day =D Somewhat fun typing out random thought patterns and I daresay I could get addicted to this thing! Though the last thing I need now is more reasons to dwell in cyberspace(been on my pc for over 12 hours now!), though this has the potential to become somewhat creative.

I'd really like to write little stories or do out comic strips, or perhaps even animated videos of sorts. Some of the cinematics in a video game I've started playing are done really well and I could see myself getting ideas from the effects they use. I'd put a link to one of the videos here  but I'm new here so perhaps that is for another post!

I actually have a quite developed world with back story and whatnot in my head that I've been daydreaming about for as long as I can remember now. Some of the characters in it even have multiple origins as I've changed it so much over the years xD Might be fun to do stuff based on that though I think I'd do it in a separate blog and keep this one for my own personal rantings. I'm not sure anything else would fit in after this mess of thoughts and tangents!

I should probably make an attempt to finish up now as it's getting quite late and I don't wanna make a further mess of my sleeping pattern before I have to get up on Monday! One tired Monday a term is enough for me thanks very much ^_^ I should probably also add a TLDR at the end of this too come to think of it before I go try snooze!

But yeah time to finish up! If anyone actually manages to read this through I'll get you a cookie!
